Taskabee Privacy Policy

Taskabee may collect information you provide directly, including your email address, account information, tasks, tabs, task names, notes, categories, reminders, shared task information, calendar sync preferences, and other information you choose to enter into the app.

If you use optional features, Taskabee may also process information such as calendar event details, notification settings, location tags added to tasks, and shared tab or shared task data.

Taskabee may collect limited technical information needed for app functionality, security, diagnostics, purchases, subscriptions, cloud sync, and app performance.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve Taskabee, including to save and sync tasks and settings, support account login and authentication, enable sharing features, send reminders and notifications, sync selected tasks with calendars when enabled, manage subscriptions and app access, troubleshoot bugs, improve app performance, and protect the app from abuse or unauthorized access.

Taskabee does not sell your personal information.

Taskabee may share or process information with service providers that help operate the app, such as cloud hosting, authentication, app store payment processing, notification services, calendar services, analytics or diagnostics providers, and other app functionality providers.

If you use sharing features, information you choose to share may be visible to the users you share it with.

Taskabee may use third-party services such as Apple, Google, Expo, Firebase, app store payment systems, notification services, and calendar services. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

Taskabee uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect user data. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
